John and Henry Hill and Mary Smith were arrested yesterday for the mur der of two robbers who mysteriously disappeared a few days ago. The Smith woman tells the following stery: "I was staying with Henry Hill when two peddlers eamo to the house and wanted to stay all night. They were shown a room up stairs. John Hill then came over and he and Henry began to concoct a plan to murder them. They told mo to get a quilt and follow them. We went up stairs and they compelled nie to throw the quilt over the heads of the sleeping men, then Henry gave me u knife and told me to cut their throats or they would kill me. I did so and caught the blood in a dish pan and threw It in the road. The bodies were then thrown to the hogs who devoured them. The men had about $200 on their persons. Tenement IIouhch tiirnt-il.
