There has been only a partial resumption of traflicin this city. The elevated railway trains are running only at intervals wholly inadequate for the requirements. The wind is blowing furiously and the snow is drifting badly, being piled in many places six to nine feet high. Pittsburg, March 13. Business on tho Pennsylvania railway be tween this city and Philadelphia is completely paralyzed'. No trains arrived from the east since last night. Everything is blockaded with snow. All the trains are snow bound and there is little prospect of their get ting out for twenty-four hours. New York, March 13. The stock exchange adjourned at noon to-day, and the loan market at 2;30 p. in. It is reported that several persons perished in the city last night. Crime is still rampant in Cuba, and disastrous tires, supposed to be the work of bandits, are occurring on many of tho sugar plantations. In the province of Matanzas, the loss is considerable. It is reported that the west-bound express train on tlio'Unlon Pacific, duo here at 7 this morning, was wrecked near Laselle, 75 miles east of hero at -1 o'clock this morning by a broken rail. Several passengers wore killed and wound ed. A special train left here at 10 o'clock carrying physicians, stretchers, etc. As tho telegraph line is controlled by tho railroad company it Is impossible to get particulars.
