Each district is entitled to two prizes, one first and one second
prize, in addition to the general prize offered the house and lot.
The house and lot will be given to. the married couple or lady,
securing the greatest number, of votes in the whole territory re-
gardless of district limitations. .
The lady securing the greastest number of votes in tfe. five
