NOTICE IS HEREBY GI

named persons, among oth

Ow y hee Irrigation District
praying for the inclusion
therein of their lands herein
described as irrigable land
and further praying that a
hearing be held on said
petition and an order of
inclusion granted thereon.
That notice of hearing on
said petition, set to be held
on November 4, 1975, was
duly published in The Nyssa
Gate City Journal in the
issues of October 9. 16. 23
and 30. 1975, and thereafter
an order of inclusion of said
lands was duly made by said
Owyhee Irrigation District on
November 4, 1975.
That by reason of errors in
the descriptions of said
described lands, the Board of
Directors of the Owyhee
Irrigation District has re
scheduled a hearing on the
inclusion of said lands and
has directed the publication
of notice thereof as required
by statute.
That the correct descrip
tions of the lands heretofore
erroneously described with
names of the owners thereof,
