vernments at the Ontario City
Library on February 13th at
the hour of 7:00 p.m. to
review the fiscal year 1976
comprehensive
manpower
plan. It is the purpose of this
plan to provide the balance of
the State Manpower Prime­
sponsor Planning Council
with a program narrative for
CETA Title I activities in
District 14. Harney and
Malheur counties.
CETA Title I has five major
components; youth in-school,
youth summer, adult work
experience, adult OJT, insti­
tutional training for youth
and adult.

Sealed bids are invited by
the City of Nyssa on one
damaged 2,000 gallon water
truck, and on one Allis
Chalmers 1951 model mower.
These vehicles may be
inspected at the City Shops.
Bids will be accepted until
