Oregon, at a regular session, adopted a Resolution initiating pro­ ceedings to vacate a certain alley in the City of Nyssa. Oregon, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That certain alley in Block 8 of the Original Townsite of Nyssa. Malheur County. Ore­ gon. running North and South and bounded and described as follows: Begin­ ning at the Northeast corner of the alley running East and W<- m through said Blink 8. thence running West 154 feet to a point which is the True Point of Beginning; thence running North 74.5 feet; thence running West 15 5 feet; thence running South 74.5 feet; thence running East 15.5 feet to the True Point of Beginning Reserving at all times in and to the City of Nyssa an easement and right of-way over, across and under said above described alley, for the purpose of installing, main­ taining, replacing and other­ wise operating sewers and any or all public utilities or city facilities; Notice is hereby further • given that said City Council a e has fixed the 12th day of * November. 1974. at the hour of 8 00 P M of said day at the Council Chambers at the (ity Hall of Nyssa. Malheur County. Oregon, as the date, time and place for hearing and considering said Reso­ lution and any objections to and protests against the vacation of said above des­ cribed alley, and for deter­ mining whether the public interest will be prejudiced by the vacation of the same and for the determination of such other matters relative thereto as arc required by law to be passed upon and determined by said City Council. All property owners and other persons affected by said vacation and desiring to object to said vacation shall present their objections to the < itv Council and/or the ( City Recorder of the City of Nyssa as by law required.
