Wilson Sr gathered in Nya»a for a family reunion. The Lem Wilton* came to Ny**a a* newly-wed* in November of 1906 and homesteaded southwest of Nyssa in the Owyhee Area near Chalk Butte. Mr Wilson was a well driller for many years and drilled the first city well of Nyssa He also was a farmer, ran sheep and for a short time was a city constable Of their 12 children, 8 are still living and were at the reunion They are Bud. Lem Jr.. Barclay. Harold and Bob (Red) Wilson, Minnie Umbarger and Inez Sherrill. Those deceased are Vem. Bill, James and Gladys Sasser Special guests were Mrs Mae Robbins, 80 ( oldest in attendance) and Mrs Lu Schuld of Portland, sister of Mr*. L. E. Wilson Others coming from out of town were Mr. and Mrs Lem Wilson Jr., Mr and Mr*. Tim Wilson and Leslie and Mr. and Mrs Dwight Uhlenkott and Amanda of Grangeville. Idaho. Mr and Mrs Henry Sherrill, Mr and Mrs. Terry Shernll and family and Mr. and Mrs. Wes Haskens and family of Merrill, Oregon; Mr and Mrs Barclay Wilson of Council, Idaho. Mr and Mrs Roben Pottsand family of Gooding. Idaho, and Mr and Mr* Larry Bunch and family of Nampa. Also attending were Mr and Mr* Red Wilson and family and Mr. and Mr* David Wilson and family of St. Paul. Oregon; Mr* Zella Thomson of Seattle. Mr and Mr* Craig Nash of Nampa. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Coffman and two children and Mrs Bill Webb and Pauline King went to Pavette Lake* where they visited Mrs. Margarete Pavne and Norma King for a two day family get-together They returned home and the next day. July 14. Mr and Mrs Bill Webb and Susan Slam left for Spokane They stayed at Stymans Lake Resort at Deer Lake. Wash. They went to Expo '74 one day. They took the sky ride and the boat ride. Visited Nolan Field- Apple Valley Mr and Mr* Jerry Hull and children. Mr and Mrs. Delbert Sulli­ van, Vera Buskirk and Gilbert Longoria helped Dennis Hull celebrate his 3rd birthday anniversary at the Fort Boise Park on Sunday afternoon. Mr and Mr*. Jerry Hull have been attending the Camp Meetings at Nampa this past week. Mrs. Jerry Hull and Gilbert Longoria visited with Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Longoria Saturday evening. Mrs Roy Rookstool at­ tended Royal Neighbor Lo­ dge on Monday afternoon in the home of Mr* Dorothy Tyson. Mr and Mr*. Roy Rook- some of the different exhibits from the different state* and country*. They enjoyed the Ukranian Dancer* from Sa* ketoon Saskatchewan. Ca­ nada. There were forty dancers. They saw a famous chief who was a champion hoop dancer and an Indian chief. They spent about twelve hours at the Fair. They stayed another day at Stymans Resort. They went to Bremerton They crossed on the ferry at Seattle at a co»t of $6.30 for car and trailer. They visited Mr and Mr*. Micky Parker. They parked in their driveway Joan Webb flew to Bremer ton and stayed with her relatives. Mr* Hazel Parker and Ted Parker and sons Ron and Rick The Bill Webbs spent five day* in Bremerton They also visited Mr* Hazel Parker and Ted They came back by way of Mt. Rainier. They went on the high drive road. They stayed at the Umatilla Resort Area. The next morning they drove to the top of Pendleton Hill and had breakfast at Emigrant Park. They returned home on Wednesday. Saturday. Mrs. Bill Webb visited fnends. Mr*. Wm Laxon of Ontano and her daughters Margarete and Dorothy, and Pauline King who had just returned from Payette Lake*. Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mr* Mike Hastriter and family and a friend from Port Angles.
