tendance, making a larger
attendance.
Afternoon at­
tendance was about as usual.
Many familiar faces were
missing, having been called
to a better home.

foreign missionary service.

Beachel was a shock She
and tier husband have spent
most of their married years
in foreign missionary ser­
vice. Rev. James Farmer,
a young pastor formerly a
resident of this area was
special speaker. The Har
vesters have always pro­
vided a most interesting pro­
gram, their album of pictures
of former meetings are being
increased each year, by many
nee faces of missionary
workers.
Mr and Mrs. Ira Price
were visiting at the home
of Mr and Mrs. Charles
Marvin in Apple Valley on
Thursday evening
Mrs.
Marvin's sister from Wis­
consin was a guest in the
Marvin home She and Mr.
and Mrs price were neigh­
bors in Winconsin at the
time the Prices lives there.

suffered painful injuries to
her leg on Tuesday, when
she accidently fell.
Rev Godfrey CTRear, of
Montana Bible School, was a
houseguest at the home of

sen, for a week during a
senes of special services
which were held at the Owy­
hee CommunityChurch. Rev.
Moxom and Mrs. Moxorn re­
turned him to Boise on Fri­
day for his plane to return
to Montana.

Garden Club met Thursday,
February 14 at the home
of Mrs, Ben Payne of Nu
Acres. There were ten mem­
bers present and one visitor.

Choman exchanged wedding
vows in a double-ring cere­
mony at 7 p.m. in the Mother
of God Catholic Church in
Denver, Colorado, rm Decem­
ber 9, 1973
Parents of the couple are
Mr and Mrs. John Peine
of Nyssa and Mr. and Mrs.
Steve Choman of Denver
The bride, given in mar­
riage by her father, wore a
floor-length gown of white
polyester with an empire
waistline.
Lace accented
the bodice, cuffs and ruffle.
The full sleeves were ga­
thered into deep cuffs. Her
chapel length veil of illusion
was gathered and held in
place by petals of seed pearls.
The veil was enhanced with
lace flower appliques. She
carried a single large yellow
mum
Mrs. Walt (Sharen) Hinz
sister of the bride, was ma­
tron of honor Her gown of
yellow polyester was sty­
led with an empire waist­
line and full sleeves that ga­
thered into deep cuffs She
carried a large white mum.
Stacey Hinz, niece of the
bride, was flower girl. Her
dress of yellow polyester
was designed identical to
that of the bride The bride's
EVERYDAY
attendants wore yellow flo­
wers in their hair All dres­
ses for the bridal party
were made by the bride's
mother. John Hinz, nephew
of the bride, was ring bea­
rer
Serving as bestman was
John Sweet. Ushers were
John Choman, brother of the
groom and Doug Ochs, bro­
ther-in-law of the groom.
For her daughter’s wed­
ding, Mrs. Peine chose a
floor-length gown of white
flowered nylon over yellow
polyester. The bridgeroom’s
mother was attired in a
floor-length gown of bronze
brocade.
Their corsages
were of yellow carnations.
A reception followed the
ceremony in the Chapel of
the Angels Hall
Mrs. Doug (Mary) Ochs,
sister of the groom, was
in charge of the guest book
The new Mrs. Chomanhas
been employed by the Un­
derwriters Insurance Co.,
and Safeco Insurance Co.
in Denver for the last five
years. Linda was graduated
from
Nyssa High School
in 1967. Her husband is in
the real estate business in
Alamosa, Colorado.
