Conners of Quincy drove to Ba
ker, Oregon to hear LarryCtin
ners play in a three-piece band
playing at a cafe there. He is the
son of the La Verne Conners.
Mr. and Ms. Rick Conner of
Port O’Conner, Texas arrived
at his parents, the Calvin Con
ners Friday evening. He has
been stationed there the past
seven months. He is a civilian
now and plans on getting ajob
around here or near Portland
where her ¡arents live. They
will leave Wednesday for Port
land to visit her parents.
Mrs. Lois Sanders of Port
land is here visiting her pa
rents of Fruitland, Mr. and
Mrs. Luis Kissell and her sister
and family the Calvin Conners
and brother and family Ken Kis
sell for a week.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Staw
Sr. visited her cousin and hus
band the Gordan Andersons in
Ontario Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Benton
and two children Karla and Tonv
visited the Robert Shaw Jrs.
Saturday evening. Karla and
Tony wanted to show them the
ribbons they had won at the
New Plymouth fair they showed
them in open class. They are
seven and nine years old.
Visiting their aunt and her
husband the Robert Shaw Jrs.
are Laura, Treasa and Kristy
Pearcy of Boise the daughters
of the Robert Pearcy’s. They
all went to the fair at New
Plymouth Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dohner
of New Plymouth visited his
brother and wife the George
Dohners Wednesday evening
also visiting the same evening
was George Dohners niece and
family, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Dll-
lion Mickesell and four chil
dren of Hacienda Heights,Calif.
Mr. George Dohner went to
Caldwell
Memorial Hospital
Thursday for surgery and will
return home Monday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Pheral Dodson
received word Friday morning
they have a new granddaughter
born to their daughter and hus
band, the Gearld Hellinga of
Tacoma, Washington. They went
up to see her over the weekend
and will return Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. William Ne-
well of Nampa visited with his
sister and husband the Ben Pay
nes Monday Mr. Newell is re
covering from a heart attack
and the first time they have been
out in two months.
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Payne
visited the Syl Woodlands of
Arena Valley Tuesday evening.
Mrs. Bob Shaw and Mrs.
Ben Payne visited Mrs. Ella
Anderson at the Presbyterian
Nursing Home at Ontario Wed
nesday afternoon in honor of
her 85th birthday.

Payne went to the fair at New
Plymouth Thursday evening and
Lynda and Daylene stayed over
to visit with their aunt Mrs.
Jess Ruble.
Mr. Sy Lett of Indian Valley
was a Sunday visitor of the
Cecil Fortins.

bons from the Payette County
