has been given the American
Institute of Architects' 25-
Year Award.
This honor is given in rec

sign of enduring significance
to structures at least 25 years
old.
First conceived as a short
period residence. Mr. Wright
and his associates came to use
it for longer periods each
year. The complex of struc

of its original components
were replaced with more per

Under recent changes in the
social security law, the hos-
pital insurance part of Medl-
care win also be extended to
people 65 and older who pre
viously did not qualify for co
verage because they have not
worked long enough under so
cial security, Peckham added.
Initially, the premium will be
$33 a month for Medicare hos
pital insurance protection. The
premium may be increased later
if hospital costs rise.
People buying hospital co
verage under this provision will
also be required to enroll for
medical insurance coverage.
Starting July I, the basic
monthly premium for the me
dical insurance part of Medi
care will be $6.30, an increase
of 50 cents a month over the
current rate. This will be de

check received on or about July3.
