He was born January 17,1898
in Perry, Oklahoma. He moved
to Nyssa in 1937 and home­
steaded 100 acres.
He is survived by two sons,
John Niccum, Sacramento, Ca­
lifornia and James Niccum, Pa­
yette;
four daughters, Mrs.
Fred
(Betty) Gray, Baker,
Mrs. Wayne (Frankie) Lattin,
Nyssa, Mrs. Irma Baker, Mi­
chigan City, Indiana and Miss
Fern Niccum. Oakland,
two
brothers,
Howard Niccum,
Wendell, and Elza Niccum,
Nyssa, a sister, Mrs. Alice
Hacket, Grants Pass, Oregon,
and 20 grandchildren.
Services were conducted at
2 p.m., Saturday, at the Lien-
kaemper Chapel in Nyssa. In­
terment was at the Owyhee
Cemetery.
