JULY 21, 1972 WAS A RED LETTER day for Bishop and
Mis. Glen W. Peterson of Nyssa Their family gathered at
the Chalet in Caldwei) for a family reunion. This was the
first time in 13 years that the family had all been together.
Members include Bishop Farrell Petersn and wife Mar­
gery (Bishop) of Nyssa who have six children. Among them
Mr. and Mrs Wesley (Vicki) Hansen and ten month old son
of Vale and Robert (the only member not present) who is
serving a mission for the L.D.S. Church in New Mexico

tors, drove the steel piling with a 12-ton
hammer. It is operated by a steam boiler
on rear of the crane.

State Highway Department, Leon Brock is

ject foreman for the contractor Expected
completion date is next spring
The piers contain 100 to 150 yards of con­
crete, built around the steel pilings, and
the spans are 113 feet between piers The
bridge will be 730 feet long
