Graduates Receive Scholarship Awards Hometown News Visiting at the home of Mrs. Fred Schilling is her mother Mrs. Jim Culbertson of Erie, Kansas. • * « Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hysell, nee Alice Wilson of Provo, Utah visited from May 20 to 24 at the home of her mother, Mrs. Madge Wilson. They attended the Nyssa High School Com mencement Exercises Sunday. * * * Guests for a Sunday barbecue at the Elvin Ballou home were Mrs. Ballou’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Howell of Wilder and the Ballou’s daughter, Mr. and the Ballou's daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ady and Tommy of Ontario. * • » Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Bunn entertained Sunday at their home with a dinner honoring senior graduates Richard Bunn, Mario Fife and Debbie Bunn. NANCY WILSON Koep—Prest Vows Repeated Saturday In Coeur d' Alene Nancy Wilson received an honor scholarship to Northwest Nazarene College where she will major in secretarial science. Nancy is the daughter of Mrs. Mary (Coco) Koep of Ontario Dorothy Wilson. and Terry Lee Prest of Boise exchanged vows Saturday May 22, 1971, in the presence of 35 close friends and relatives. The 11 a.m. ceremony was performed at St. Pious XChurch in Coeur d* Alene, Idaho. Parents of the newlyweds are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Koep of Coeur d’ Alene and Mrs. Al bert Brown of Salmon, Idaho. The attractive bride wore a street-length gown of blue poly ester and carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and stephanotis. Her shoulder length veil of blue was held to a white headpiece. She competed with other high school seniors throughout the U.S. that were semi-finalists. She was awar ded the scholarship by beirig in the top half of 1% of grad uating seniors. Daphne gradua ted in Phoenix and will attend Arizona State Universtiy ih Tempe. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Jones óf Ontario and Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Atkeson of Parma.
