Airman David J. Sumpter of
Rt. 1, Nyssa, has completed
basic training at Lackland AFB,
Texas. He has been assigned
to Chanute AFB, Ill., for train­
ing in weather services. Sump­
ter a 1966 graduate of Nyssa
High School, received a BS de­
gree from Oregon State Uni­
versity. His wife Patricia, a
former Boisean, is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Anderson
of Boise.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
E.L. Sumpter. His grandmother
is Mrs. Mabel Houston, all of
Owyhee Junction.

AFS To Sponsor Spaghetti Feed
Discussing ticket sales for the May 14 Spaghetti Feed are
