MINUTE MEALS Catsup Check These Items! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Nyssa physician has been nominated as a District Medi­ cal liirector of the Oregon Divi­ sion of the American Cancer Society. At a meeting of Dis­ trict ¿ven, held Wed. in Baker, Di. David Sarazin of Nyssa was nominated to serve as Dis­ trict Medical Director. In this position he will serve at both the local and state levels. Dr. Sarazin will replace Dr. Gus Tanaka of Ontario who has served in the capacity for a number of years. Dr. Tanaka was guest speaker at today’s District meeting. He pointed out several area's in which the Cancer Society may enlarge it’s service to the country, and posed several philosophical questions. Dr. Tanaka told members of the Cancer Society Units of Mal­ heur, Banker and Union counties one of the greatest benefits of such a voluntary organization is the membership itself. He said that one of the greatest values of the Cancer Society is its 2 million volunteers.
