JUDGE LEVIES $150 FINE
FOR LEAVING ACCIDENT SITE
M. Gay ton of the Nyssa labor
camp pleaded guilty Tuesday to
leaving the scene of an accident
and was fined $150 by Judge A
C. Sallee in Nyssa Municipal
court.
Gayton was arrested by city
police officers after he sideswiped
a car owned by David Evans of
Nyssa.
