Malheur Butte Baptist Youth League
Attends Payeiie Rally, Holds Dinner

Bible Baptist church at Payette.
The Rev. Ken Cummings, north
west regional director of the Con
servative Baptist Foreign Mission
society, was the inspiration speak
er.
On Saturday evening the same
group held a progressive dinner.
After they visited a number of
homes they went to the home of
their leader, Mrs. Harlan Meyer,
for dessert and then held a time
of devotions and testimonies.

terbuck, guest speaker at Malheur
Butte Baptist church at 8 p.m.
Jan. 13. Miss Clatterbuck will go
to Brazil as a missionary with
the Conservative Baptist Foreign
Mission society of Wheaton, Ill.
Mr. and Mrs. John Wiggins and
daughters of Pendleton were re
cent visitors at the parental Louis
• Wiggins home. John is able to get
around somewhat without the use
of crutches after breaking his leg
in a combine accident last sum
mer.
Raymond Dale of Reno was a
Saturday overnight guest at the
Jack Pettet home. He is Mrs.
Pettet’s brother.
Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Tropf and
family of Champion, Neb., recent
ly spent several days at the Eu
gene Gruell home. Tropf is Mrs.
Gruell’s brother.
