Wilson Witt NEWELL HEIGHTS — Louis Frank Pratt, International Farm Youth Exchange delegate to Costa Rica, returned Sunday to the home of his parents, the Louis Pratts. He flew to Boise from Washington, D C., landing in the Idaho capital city at 3 p.m. when he was met by his parents and Mrs. Anna Pratt, his grandmother. He brought with him a number of keepsakes among which is a tanned skin of a boa constrictor, eight feet, four inches long. An­ other is a sugar cane knife which can also be used to cut down trees. He brought 300 slides showing everyday life in Costa Rica. Pratt had spent several months in the host country and is now prepared to tell Oregonians of his experiences there as an IFYE delegate.
