Order approving that upon the
approval of the District Attor­
ney, an attempt will be made to
collect the amounts of outstand­
ing notes which are still unpaid
to the Foothill Drive Improve­
ment Association.
It is resolved that effective
October 1, 1960, all users of
county owned automobiles will
be required to turn in to the
county auditor the speedometer
reading of the automobile as of
the close of business on the last
day of each month.
Order approving that the Mal­
heur County Bar Association
was given approval to purchase
carpeting for the lawyers lounge
in the courthouse for the amount
of $490.00. There was one dis­
senting vote on this matter, that
of Commissioner Earl Flock.
