Have you ever w ondered w ho m akes up those stories
th at flash around the club or at work. Since one delightful
y arn I heard recen tly concerned cars. I hu n ted back to its
source. H ere is th e story and. as far as I know , the w ay
it started .
A m an in New York stalled on a busy stree t and w hile m ost
of the m otorists who w ere stuck behind him ju st blared th eir
horns, one kind lady offered to give him a push.
It was a th o u g h tfu l g esture and he was extrem ely pleased.
But before the lady got back in h er car the stalled m otorist
explained th at he had an au tom atic transm ission and they
w ould have to be going 35 m iles an hour before he could
start.
