Mr. Hill was born Oct 7. 1303 at

hospital for nearly two year.

A family brawl reported by neigh

statement of a 20-year-old woman

who became ill. was hospitalized

in the case, when she told police and
signed the statement, that she had |
lived with a man at Marsing who
had sold marihuana in Nyssa Two
names were used by the woman for

tion Saturday and signed a state- j

band had beaten and kicked his wife
and had pulled a knife on the sec
ond woman
Gray said he expected to bring ac
tion against at least one of the per
sons involved within a few days

The vote will be by ballot, upon
which -hall be the words "For tax
levy—Yes" and "For tax levy—
No.,' and the voter shall place a cross
ix> between the word- "For tax
levy” and the word "Yes” or between !
the words "For tax levy” and the |
word "No”, which indicates his
choice.
