The Busy Cooks was the name de cided upon for the 4-H cooking club at a meeting held Thursday evening at the home of Jeannie and Joan Crocker. The girls made vegetable salad and cocoa and served their leader, Mrs Kenneth McDonald and Mrs. Earl Crocker. A party is to be held Friday evening. November 18 at the home of K ay McDonald Mr. and Mrs. Claude Wilson and son, Jerry, of Nyssa and their house guest, Donald Wilson of Win lock, Washington, were dinner guests in the S. D. During the afternoon, Thurman Piercy and Margaret Oar- man called in the Brewer home. Mrs. Harlan Koger spent from Wednesday until Friday visiting friends at her former home In Cove.
