Ellis Perrill brought a group of young folks from the Roswell Bapt ist church to visit the Big Bend Sunday school. Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Patterson and B. L. Ivy were Sunday dinner guests in the John Packwood home. Mrs. Elizabeth Stradley suffered shock and bruises last Friday when her car brakes failed to hold and the car struck a tree. Mrs. Opal Teter returned home Sunday evening from a visit with her sister in Freewater, Oregon. Mrs. William Teter returned home Friday from Elgin, Oregon, where she visited her daughter, Mrs. E. A. Rush, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Stutheit and family moved Sunday to Nam pa. Tom Attebury has purchased the Stutheit form and plans to make it his home. Here From Caldwell— Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Hanna and Mrs. E. M. Moore and Miss Clarabelle Moore, all of Caldwell, visited Sun day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Murl Lancaster. Mr. and Mrs. Hanna are Mrs. Lancaster’s parents. Undergoes Operation— Mrs. Louis McGavin underwent an operation at the St. Alphonsus hospital in Boise last Tuesday.
