Mr and Mrs. McDonald purchased a new pick-up. Word has been received here that ‘Mac'’ McMillan, who ran his automobile against a freight car in a moving train, is recuperating at Powers, Oregon, where Mrs. M c Millan is teaching sohool. Mr. Mc Millan spent a week in the hospital and then went to Powers, where he will stay another week before returning to his Job in Boise MoMilian sustained two rib frac tures, an ankle injury and several cuts and bruises about the face and head when he was thrown ciear of his oar. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Strickland were hosts at dinner Thursday for Don Share, who is home on furlough from the navy. Ocher guests were Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Share, Mr. and Mrs. Vic Marshall, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Householder. The Needle-workers 4-H club met Monday afternoon, March 28 at the home of Shirley Hoke. Vivian Hoke Joined the club.
