Graham early this week on a charge of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor after a truck driven by Zamora crashed against the farm residence of Henry Hartley, southwest of Nyssa. Zamora's driver’s license was revoked for a year. After knocking over a road sign at a curve in the highway, the truck crossed a barrow-pit and the Hartley lawn and crashed against the northeast corner of the porch. The porch and truck were not badly damaged. The loss was insured through property damage insurance on the truck, which is owned by James Stephens of Adrian.
