Mrs. Curtis Fry has returned home with her new son from the Nyssa Nursing home. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Nedbalek celebrated the Fourth with the Crosley family. PICNICS H E LD B Y O W Y H E E RESIDENTS O W YH EE (Special)— Mrs. Donald Brewer was given a pink and blue shower Wednesday afternoon on the lawn at the home of Mrs. W er ner Peutz. Refreshments of ice cream and cake were served to 30 guests. Mr. and Mrs. Don Franklin of Nyssa were week-end guests in the Lynn Kygar home. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McDonald held a picnic on their lawn F ri day for Mr. and Mrs. R ay Fletcher and Mrs. Mary Fletcher of Home dale, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Toyne and son, Jim, of La Grande. Miss Trula Franklin stayed with her sister, Mrs. Gerald Slippy, sev eral days last week. Mrs. Wilson W inter gave a birth day party Sunday fo r her son, Dickie. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Brown and children of Boise were overnight guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Kygar. Mr. and Mrs. Kygar took them back to Boise Sunday.
