(Serves 4-6)
Place 2 cups Quaker or Mother’s
Oats (quick or regular) and 1 tea­
spoon salt in casserole dish. Pour
4 cups boiling waiter over oats. Cov­
er and bake in moderate oven (375
F.) 10-15 minutes.
Delicious Variations
1. Add % cup raisins to oatmeal
before baking.
2. Put 6 or more marshmallows
on top of oatmeal after baking:
