Kim berling and DeWitt Palmer of Juntura are held cn cpen charges, according to District Attorney Max Taggert. A felonious assault charg probably will be fi'ed against Palmer in connection with the fight that resulted in Kimlxrllng's death, the district attorney said. Officers have not announced what charges will be filed against Kim berling. A formal charge is ex pected to be filed this week. Funeral services for Mr. Nutt were held in Ontario Wednesday afternoon. The shooting is alleged to have ce-urred March 15 at the rear of Kimberling's service station. Nutt is said to have been shot through the chest twice with a 32-20 cal ibre revolver. Officers said the shooting re sulted from a fight occurring at a St. Patrick’s day party in Juntura the night before. Mr. Nutt lived at Juntura before moving to Ontario about six months ago.
