Two short plays, "Are You Listening?" and "1710 Persecuted Maiden," were given by young folks of the community. A shadow pantomime was presented by the school pupils. Two vocal solos were given by Ru therford Mitchell and two numbers by a male quartet, consisting of the Oregg brothers and Don Tosh Ap ples and popcorn were given ‘ away. Proceeds of $21 will be applied on the hot lunch fund by the PT.A. The Owyhee Community club Christmas party will be held at the home of Mrs. Ellis Walters with Mrs. D P Pullen as co-hostess De cember 18. Mrs. William Gordon spent sev eral days with her parents. Mr and Mrs Charles Bradley last week Mrs Ellis Walters accompanied Mr and Mrs Byrd Walters to Boise Sunday for a few days' visit. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Kygar enter tained at dinner Sunday for the Charles Culbertson family. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Skinner and the Earl and Frank Crother fam ilies were guests at dinner at the Raleigh Chamberlain home Sunday Mr. and Mrs “Doc" Douglas weer also guests. Mr and Mrs Ouy Glenn and two children have moved to the home formerly occupied by Mr Olenn's mother. They plan to farm the place next year.
