The plan is to assess each property owner on a footage basis. It is estimated to be fifty cents per foot. Special Session Called A special session was called by the Mayor for Thursday, September 9 to consider the matter of the pro­ posed sidewalks. And at that time to hear the report of City Engineer Virgil Johnson and the exact grades of the highway levels together with the estimated costs of the construc­ tion.
