An unusual accident cost the life of
Felix Gabiola, 31, Boise sheep shearer
who was well known in Malheur coun­
ty, Tuesday. He died from Injuries re­
ceived when a belt slipped o ff the

The tenth meeting of the Econom­
izing Cooks 4-H cooking club led by
Miss Helen Winters was held at the
home of Joyoe Ashcraft last week. After
the business session the program for
the next and last meeting was arrang­
ed. I t was decided that the last meet­
ing would be held at the home of
Gladys Elliott.
