statutes by the last legislature, this
latest requiring all peddlers and truck­
ers of produce, except the grower, to
secure a license In order to peddle
fruits and vgetables in Oregon.
Growers may obtain a license and
ldentlfi cation card upon payment of
(1 if they so desire. Unlicensed grow­
ers must carry a manifest with each
load and furnish a copy thereof on re­
quest, to any inspector or other o f­
ficer.; Pads of manifest blanks may be
secured from any Inspector at 10 cents
per pad covering cost of printing, or
they may be printed by anyone else.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant
to an order duly made by the County
Court of Malheur
County,
Oregon,
bearing date of 27th day of April, 1933
to me directed in the matter of the sale
of lands bid in by said County for tax­
es and commanding me to sell ac­
cording to law the real property be­
longing to said County and hereinafter
described; that I shall in compliance
with the commands of said order, and
on the 27th day of May, 1933, at the
hour of 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon
of said day, at the north main entrance
door of the County Court House at
Vale, Oregon, offer for sale at public
auction, to the highest bidder therefor,
the lands hereinafter described. Said
tracts of land are numbered as herein­
after set forth and each tract will be
offered for not less than the prices
fixed by said order for each tract as
hereinafter set forth, the cost o f pub­
lication to be added to each tract so
sold.
Said lands will be offered for sale to
the highest and best bidder for cash
or for not less than 20 per cent cash
and the remainder to be paid under
written agreement with the purchaser
in equal installments over a period not
exceeding ten years, all deferred pay­
ments to draw interest at the rate of
6 per cent per annum, payable annual­
ly, and such agreements shall be sub­
ject to all terms and conditions of Sec­
tion 69-836, as amended by Chapter
220 of the Session Laws of Oregon for
1931.
All lands within the boundaries of
Irrigation or drainage districts will be
sold subject to any valid assessment
made or to be made by said districts
since the date said lands were ac­
quired by the County. All lands within
the boundaries of the Warmspring's
Irrigation District and
which
have
been classified as in Classes 5 and 6,
and as to which said County has here­
tofore, by Resolution dated September
3, 1930, authorized a transfer to said
District of the water rights appurten-
ant; to said lands shall be sold without
water right.
