by the arrival of Jack Perry, of the
state police. Monday in Vale Ostrom
was fined $150 for driving while intox­
icated and his companion Norbert

containers should be kept plainly
labeled and out of reach of child­
ren, Irresponsible persons, and live­
stock. Any unused bait should be
burned.
The lands of owners failing to com­
ply with the above order shall be en­
tered upon by a person or persons ap­
pointed by the County. Court to
eradicate and destroy pocket gopher*
on any such lands within the above
described districts.
The cost of such work consisting of
poison bait material and labor shall
be held by the county as a lien upon
the property treated by the person or
persons appointed by the County
