A fatal auto accident occurred about noon today on the highway near Nysaa whereby Mr». Em­ ery of Nampa lost her life and other members of th«* party were bruised and shook up, but not seriously hurt. The other occu­ pants of the car, which was a Dodge touring car, were Mrs Emery’s sister and brother I d law, Mr and Mrs. Thomas Haw kins of Twin Falls, Ida. Mr. Hawkins was driving and had tried to pass a load of hay when the car overturned on the grade. Dr. Sarazin was called imme diately, but Mrs Emery lived only a few moments after his arrival. The body was taken to Nampa and the wrecked car was brought in to the Powell Service Station at Nyssa. Mrs. Emery was the wife of Mr. Emery, second dealer of Nampa, Idaho.
