Kingman Colony Drainage District, a
mawicipai corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue o f ths
Drainage District Laws o f the State
of Oregon, have, by petition filed with
the Clerk o f the above entitled Court,
commenced special proceedings in said
Circuit Court for Malheur County,
Oregon, for the purpose o f having a
judicial examination and judgment of
the Court as to the regularity and le-
galit of the proceedings of the County
Court for Malheur County. Oregon,
and o f said District, in the matter of
the organization o f said District, and
of the proceedings o f said Board of
Supervisors in the matter o f the au
