nounced an agreement for the
acquisition of Biles-Coleman
Lumber Company, a lumber and
plywood manufacturer w i t h
headquarters at Omak, Wash­
ington
The company said the acquisi­
tion involves an exchange of an
estimated 700.000 shares of
Crown Zellerbach common stock
for all outstanding shares of
Biles-Coleman stock.
Crown Zellerbach common
stock closed at $38 25 a share on
the New York Stock Exchange
Biles-Coleman operates four
sawmills and a plywood plant in
north central Washington Its
annual sawmill capacity is ap
proximately 210 m illion board
feet, and it owns 48,000 acres of
timberland in the vicinity of its
m ills

ty are reminded that the county
continues to sponsor veneral
disease clinics on a four-times
monthly basis These clinics are
open to any person in the area
who feel» he or she may have
contracted the disease and there
is no charge for the examination
or treatment.
These clinics are also entirely
confidential, according to Mrs.
Lee M iller who heads the public
health department Treatment is
available to anyone over 12
years of age without permission
of a parent or guardian, she
added

third Mondays of each month

four years Claude has served in
youth work at Chisolm Heights
Baptist Church in Mustang, Ok
lahoma and prior to that was
pastor of the church in Agra,
Okla.

He received his education at
Oklahoma City University, in
Oklahoma City and from Central
State University in Edmond
Oklahoma. He majored in re li­
gion and psychology.
Claude has been employed
with the Western Electric Com­
pany in Oklahoma City for the
past eight years He is now with
the Columbia River Western
Electric Plant in Vancouver,
Washington
He moves to this area with his
wife Reinette and their two
daughters, Kathy age 10 and
Karla who is 8
The Butlers, although natives
of Oklahoma, are very fond of
the Northwest for its marvelous
beauty and it s friendly people.
They are looking forward with
great expectations to the work
God has in store for them here in

nesday following a logging acci­
dent He is reported to be
recovering well and hopes that
