for the M en ’s Club sponsored
Nehalem Valley Open which will
be played Septem ber 9 at the
Vernonia G o lf Club
At its monthly dinner m eeting,
the M en ’s Club voted to have
$175 in prize m oney, to charge a
$5 entry fee plus greens fees, and
to play under the C allaw ay han­
dicap system C ash prizes of $75
and $50 will go to the first and
second place finishers and gift
certificates of $25 $10 and $5 will
be awarded to the next three
finishers. In addition, there will
be a $10 low gross gift ce r­
tificate.
Tee off time has tentatively
been set from 7 a .m . to noon
