Two cases of crim inal mischief
were noted by the Vernonia Police

removed from the fencing around
the plant The chain and padlock
were recovered from two juveniles,
who were turned over to juvenile
authorities

Investigation by the police depart
tnent disclosed that a valve had
been opened atop one of the tanks
and that a sm aller valve had been
opened on a gas pump
Three youths were remanded to
juvenile authorities lollowing in
vestigation of this incident
