An exchange of cultures will be
evidenced after this vear’s regular
baccalaureate when interested sen
iors perform an ancient ceremony
directed by Wilaiwan Wanasut, for
eign exchange student from Thai
land.
Symbolizing their going of sep
arate ways, those seniors who
want to attend will proceed from
the VHS gym to Rock Creek where
they, will set little “flower cups”
containing candle centers afloat in
the stream. The cups will float out
to the “sea of life” and the sender
will make a wish as they dis
appear downstream.
Senior girls who wish to help
make the little boats can attend
the meetings designated for this
purpose after school.
