In Salt Lake City they stopped for a sight seeing tour. The Christ­ mas lighting there and on the night trip from Salt Lake City to Phoenix, Arizona were greatly en­ joyed. In Scottsdale, Arizona they were guests of their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Hoge and family for a month which in­ cluded Christmas. Enroute home they came through California and visited former Timber route res­ idents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Chese- bro at Montclair, Mr. Crawford’s 93 year old uncle, Dave McMillan at Long Beach and a son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bush at Concord.
