CARD OF THANKS
ONCE AGAIN I would like to extend
my sincere thanks and appreciation
to all who sent me flowers and cards
while I was in the hospital. It is
hard to express in words the apprec
iation that one feels on receiving
so many remembrances and also vis
its while hospitalized.

Republican supporters that the incumbent county judge
plans to use his usual last minute letter from himself
Don't be misled this time. His opponent has been inves
tigated by the FBI and CID for a “top-secret” clearance
in the U. S. Air Force and there is nothing derogatory in
his record. In fact, you will find it is a superior record.
The incumbent county judge is using an old law auth
orizing him to get mailing lists at public expense ju st to
write you the letter. No one else is using this author
ized law, so why should you pay for his political ambi
tions. The public also helped pay for his letters in the
primary by use of county employees while on the job.

This is just an announcement to our Democratic and
believes FEDERAL AID to each
state should be prompt return of
one-fourth of all income tax paid by
that state’s taxpayers for that state
to spend.
LESS UNEMPLOYMENT in Ore
gon if we handle our own money.
Now we support beaurocrats in
Washington and elsewhere to handle
it inefficiently for us.
NO FEDERAL GAS TAX. Then we
