Pink Predominates at
Surprise Shower Party
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Alois
Sauer was the scene of a surprise
party last Thursday afternoon
which honored their daughter,
Mrs. Betty Lou Parker. About 15
ladies and almost as many small
fry arrived bearing packages, all
definitely on the pink side which
revealed all sorts of wee gar
ments, also predominately pink.
The guests also brought refresh
ments of stork-decorated cake
and ice cream.
The afternoon was spent in vis
iting and watching the antics of
the small fry, with the opening
of the gifts, of course, as the high
light of the afternoon.
Mrs. Dee Ann Jones and Mrs.
Joyce Weller were the co-hostes
ses for the affair.
