    Family Gathers
For Farewell
BIRKENFELD — Mr. and Mr
Darrell Baker had a family get-
to-gether at their huma recently.
The occasion was the going awav
of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stinchfield
to their home in Arizona. They
had a Thanksgiving dinner Those
present w^re Mr and Mrs. Lloyd
Parman and family of Portland,
Mr and Mrs. Harold Stinchfield
and family of Condon. Oregon
and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Magee
and David of Mayville, Oregon.
The Stinchfields left Thursday.
Those who attended the R E A.
meeting in Vernonia Saturday
were: Mrs. Tom Hopkins, who
won an electric clock; Mrs. John
Acton, winner of an electric tea­
kettle; Anna Hanberg who won
second on a cake she had baked:

Mills. Robert Berg, Mr. and Mrs
Joe Lonnquist, Mr and Mrs. Ben
Holboke, Mrs. Zella Bellingham.
Mrs. Clara Miller of Portland
came Sunday to visit for some
time with her daughter, Mrs.
Fred Udey.
Mr. and Mrs. Arby Mills were
in Portland Monday.
The shirt making work shop of
the home extension club was held
at the home of Mrs. toward
Jones Wednesday of last weftfr
Leader, Art Bellingham took
the Boy Scouts for a camping
trip over Saturday night.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Burkhold­
er and family of Portland spent
the week end with her folks, the

Mrs. Zella Bellingham attended
a post masters meeting at Deer
Island Sunday. They were serv­
ed a Thanksgiving dinner.
