Has Luncheon
TIMBER ROUTE — The Tre-
harne birthday club met Thurs­
day to honor Mrs. Carol Rey­
nolds on her birthday. A deli­
cious pot luck luncheon was serv­
ed at noon to the following
guests: Mesdames Midge Rey­
nolds, Dorothy Reynolds, Pit
Weaver, Florence Reynolds, Fau­
l'ne Tisdale, Sarah Cox, Bea Rose,
Maxine Reynolds, Edna Reynolds,
Thelma Weaver, Mae Wienecke,
Sylvia Falconer and an aunt of
Carol’s,
Mr and Mrs. Everett Drury of
Vancouver, Washington visited
Sunday with Mrs. Nell Thacker
and Mrs. Sylvia Falconer.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wienecke
were in Manning Sunday after­
noon visiting with her sister, Mrs.
Elva Tolke.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Thacker
visited with their nephew and
his family, Mr. and Mrs. Ray
Thacker Sunday afternoon.
Mrs. Nell Thacker returned to
her home Saturday after a four
day visit with Mr. and Mrs. Les­
ter Teeling and grandad Thacker
in Portland.
Betty Smith and her sister, Pat
Galloway were in Portland on
Tuesday on a combined business
and pleasure trip
Mrs. Kenneth West visited with
her mother, Mrs. Wm. Greding in
Portland Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reynolds
were in Portland Sunday to visit
Wm. Riggles at St Vincent's hos­
pital, where h? had undergone
major surgery.
