gram on peace participation. She
emphasized the part the P.E.O.
international scholarships play in
cementing friendship between the
United States and foreign coun-
tries from which students come.
Forty-three grants were made
for the year 1954-55 to foreign
students who represented 20 dif
ferent foreign countries. These
students praised and admired
many things in our country, but
deplored the false impression that
the motion pictures give that are
exported.

Learn To Use Eggs
The Minute Meal Girls met on
December 3 for their regular
meeting. They learned how to
judge the quality of eggs. The
girls prepared scrambled eggs
and deviled eggs which were ser
ved with bread and butter and
jello for dessert.
The next meeting will be a
