OSC for one year.
Nibler joined Oregon extension
service in 1940 as assistant coun
ty agent in Columbia county. Bum

near Aurora, the new specialist
has had extensive experience with
Oregon farm crops. He gradu
ated from OSC in 1938 with a
major in farm crops.
The appointment is subject to
approval by the state board of
higher education.
