> He Paid High Prayer Meeting Slated For Friday Evening BY GEO. N. TAYLOR Portland, Oregon The whipping master intended that his lash should tear Christ’s body open and that death would follow. But his lash would not blot out our sins. So we see Christ give Himself over to be nailed to the old rugged cross where His blood blotted out our sins. Then He went on into heil to suffer the pen alty for us. Isaiah 53:11-12. He paid high. One—Christ our sins, and came sin and di? ' for us. Two—When we trust Christ as our own Lord and Saviour, God writes eternal life and his own God-righteousness on our page. Three—Christ takes up in our hears to give us new wgys and days. Let the saved grow up. Let them live by the Bible and look utterly to Christ hour by hour for strength. Men only believe you have God righteousness when they see it shine through. Spread this Good News and there God works. This space paid for by a family of the county. For Grade A Pasteurized. Seems they actually do use a cannon—to shoot out a net over a flock of birds feeding on the ground. The birds start to take off at the sound of the shot, but the settling net brings them back to earth. Then they’re banded around the leg so more can be do?"
