PLANT WORK UNDERWAY TILLAMOOK — The last city council meeting it was reported that good progress was being made on the construction of the sewage disposal plant on the bank of the Trask river. The plant should be completed some time in September. Construction of the trunk sewer line to the plant was started last week by F. W. Riddle Co. of Springfield.
