Confess your sin and God forgives and cleanses you. After sixty S. W. McChesney Rd., Portland- years as pastor and leader, so ruled the Apostle John—1st John This space paid for by an ex 1:8-9. Live to the glory of God. G.I. IN BIBLE TIMES a man and his wife sold a piece of property and spread the story that they gave the whole sale price to the poor among the Lord’s people. This was a lie for they held out part of the sale price for them selves. They were reminded that they need not given any, for the land was their own to do with as they pleased. They had lied to God, not to men, the husband was told. At these words he fell down dead. Later the wife came in and confessed to the lie, and God struck her dead. BEST TO GO STRAIGHT— Right then and/there God ruled against sin among his saved ones. This couple were both saved for they had laid hold on Christ as having died for them, God had given them new birth into eternal life. Now as God’s own people, they put over this lie. Right then, as to this world, God cut them off, right then and there.
