Mrs. Ralph Valpiani was host­ ess to the Vernonia Study club for the November 20 meeting. Mrs. F. J. Tousley, the president presided at the business meeting. The group accepted the respon­ sibilities of conducting the Com­ munity Chest Fund drive under the leadership of Mrs. Ben Brickel. Other organizations will be asked to participate in a house- to-house canvass for funds stated Mrs. Brickel. A delightful program followed the* business discussion. M ts .
